The facilities and prices are top tier so I don't have to talk about that but the thing I don't like is the playground and balaclava kids, I went to the playground with my siblings and I saw teenage kids under my age maybe 13-14 start swearing leaving their bikes riding e bikes and making it disturbing for kids.... Then when I was playing badminton three balaclava kids came out of nowhere and intended to cause a ruckus however luckily there was one staff member and they couldn't do anything also it's been 9 months since i went here and the first time I came back the coffee and fizzy drink machine is broken come on man. Harvey Harden please do something be more stricter!

I had booked the swimming pool for Monday, 11 May 2026, from 11:15am to 12:15pm. At 12pm, everyone was asked to leave the pool because they needed to carry out some daily maintenance or checks on the water. That itself was not the main issue. The real problem was the attitude of the staff and lifeguards. Nobody apologised, and they acted as if they were completely right. When we insisted and asked for clarification, they checked over the radio and admitted that the website had shown the wrong session time. Even then, nobody properly apologised. I had booked this session using a voucher and I am not a member, so the lost 15 minutes were important to me. Members’ time matters too, of course, but in my case I lost both my time and my voucher. Then I went to take a shower and found that the shower was broken and the button did not work. I had to put my wet swimsuit back on and move to another shower. Anyone who wears women’s swimwear knows how difficult it is to put a wet swimsuit back on. It was extremely uncomfortable. As usual, there was also a strong sewage smell around both the pool area and the showers. After that, I went to use the swimsuit dryer and discovered it had been removed because it was broken as well. I then went to reception. The receptionist at least behaved politely and said the mistake was caused by the website, but when I asked what could be done about the lost time, she said she could not do anything and called the manager. The manager arrived already looking defensive and unfriendly before even knowing what the issue was. She stood behind the desk, looked at me without even a smile, and did not ask what had happened or how she could help. After I explained the situation, she reluctantly gave a very insincere apology and said nothing could be done about the lost 15 minutes. What disappointed me most was not the scheduling mistake itself, but the poor customer service and attitude when dealing with the problem. Even a simple gesture, such as offering an extra 15 minutes next time, would have shown some care for customers. I already have one final session booked, but after this experience I will not be returning.

I love swimming here, staff are lovely, I've always found the facilities clean. The showers need to heat up more as every single cubicle shower was absolutely shockingly cold. The last few weeks I have not been able to book a swimming session at the weekend due to events on taking up the pool, I mainly like using the swimming pool at the weekends, I'm begining to wonder what it is that I'm paying for.

2 pools, decently equipped gym, sports hall and health suit with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Overall very good facilities for the price offered. Main reason for reduction to 4 star is that when facilities break they take a very long time to repair, and that often the gym is left a mess (more the gym goers fault than Harvey hadden admittedly)

Good big park to roam around on with a running track and a kids play park they also have a small pond to sit by. And there is also a big leisure center with a big swimming pool with a gym inside. There is also a big car park which is free to park at.
