As a massive animal lover, this experience brought back childhood like joy. You can buy cheap feed from the entrance that a few select animals can eat, such as the pigmy goats, sheep, and alpacas. Me and my fiancé also got to feed the ducks they had as a kind member of staff gave us some of the bread they were feeding them. They provide hand wash stations in several areas of the farm that are close to the areas of the animals that you hand feed. They also had pigs, bee colonies, chickens, baby cows, goats, guinea pigs, and baby chicks. If you were planning on bringing children on your visit there are plenty of outside activities for them to participate in as Hastys Farm provides play areas across all ages groups. It is very clear that they take extreme pride and care in the animals that they house, as we saw staff members actively engaged in providing for the animals and excited to talk about each one. Hastys also excels in making sure each animal has plenty of room to move around as well as enrichment activities for the pigmy goats. If you are hungry on your visit there is a small cafe stand up close to the entrance trail. Their prices are fair and selection is modest. If you wanted to take back some memories of your visit they also have a gift shop on the way out. Overall, I’d say our experience here was lovely and we were happy to support a local business that works towards animal welfare.

We had a lovely day at Hasty’s, we were completely unaware the farm existed! My 3 year old grandson throughly enjoyed himself he loved the water feature on the sand pit, the hill ride! and the soft play area but most of all he loved feeding the animals which were super friendly. It’s great to find a place where once you’re in everything is included in the price. I was impressed by the toilets which were clean and easily accessible, I was also impressed by the amount of hand washing water stations. We done some blackberry picking and had lunch in the reasonably priced on-site cafe. All staff were polite. We will definitely be back.

We all took a visit to this lovely farm yesterday. My 3 children had a brilliant time. They liked all the animals there and liked to play on the go karts and playing in the sand. They all had a ice cream after playing. All had a nap on way home. This is one lovely place to come.

Brilliant day out, perfect for a family with children. So much to do at such a reasonable price as well. It has everything you need. Very friendly and calm animals, I loved the Alpacas! My almost 3 year old absolutely loved it here, he loved the animals, sand pit and the pedal karts. Will be returning again very soon!

I don’t usually do reviews but I felt I just had to say something about this absolute gem of a place. Visited with my husband and 3 of my children ages 4, 2 & 7 months. We arrived at 11 and stayed the whole day there. There is so much to do. The kids (and us) played all day and we could have easily done another couple of hours on top. The place is so well constructed and maintained. The layout is spacious and easy to navigate. So much thought and care has been put into it and it really shows. The adventure playground in particular is just fantastic, the best I have ever seen and big enough for the adults to run around in too. After a full day of running around with the kids we felt happy and energised and pleased to have spent a day doing wholesome, family activities. My favourite day out with my kids ever. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Hasty, a lovely woman, who told us all about the farm. I really cannot recommend this place enough and I absolutely will be visiting again (even if it means a 2 hour drive from London. It’s worth it) and recommending to anyone and everyone. Go. You won’t regret it.
