We held our daughter’s party here at the weekend and it was so brilliantly handled. I’d like to thank the two ladies who were helping (I’m so sorry I can’t remember their names) but they were great. All our guests enjoyed the soft play and for 20 kids it was so spacious and they loved it! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you again

Fun zone is very clean, and well looked after! Love that you can take your own food! Sad that’s it’s only 45min sessions and only open weekdays. My boy would love to stay longer! But not affordable to buy too sessions in one day.

My son had his 7th birthday party here and it was amazing! Would highly recommend! We did a private party and the size was perfect. Large spacious eating area and everything was clean! Staff communicated well, would definitely book again!

Fantastic venue, we used the soft play area for babies and toddlers. For babies they had it's own area with bouncers and baby gyms, it's own ball pit and baby toys. Toddlers area had a swing, a tall swirly slide and plenty of walkers, ride on cars and others. We went on a Monday afternoon session and it was pretty quiet. The older kids area seemed fantastic too, but we didn't use it. Venue was very clean.

We had a 6th birthday party at hatfield kids fun zone in the birchwood area . It all went really smoothly. All the staff were really helpful . All the children enjoyed themselves. We provided our own food. The staff provided free soft drinks for the kids . The adults could buy hot drinks at very reasonable prices . It all went really well and the staff were all friendly and helpful. 5 stars 🌟.
