Took my grandchildren there on Tuesday and they had a great time on the swings, roundabout and various other playground items, they also took an interest in identifying all the different types of trees in the park, it's a shame that we didn't get to see any duck's or fish as the lake has been drained for maintenance. We look forward to seeing it finished soon.

Good size play park. And lovely park in general Young age within fenced area with only one gate which is ideal for supervision. Older equipment and facilities out of the gated area. New coffee van which was idea for a drink and a snack while my little one played, a few benches in and arpund the play park. Little one also enjoyed a babychino. Will be back when next in the area

Great open space for exercise, dog walking, bird song tree spotting and generally pondering life. Work to de-silt the lake has closed off a large area but watching the work progress adds to the interest and it will be good to know that when finished the lake will be in good condition rather than its previous shallow murkiness.

Beautiful park. Great enclosed playground for younger children. Separate play area for older children. Popular with dog walkers. Lovely flowers and borders around the grassed areas, maintained by the fab volunteer team. Fab little area to play boules. A decent sized duck pond and a separate small wildlife pond. The coffee hut with outdoor seating is a great addition. If there were toilets I'd give it 5 stars.
