Great park. Not much parking so difficult if you are not local to the area.

Short few on street parking adjacent to the park. Large park accommodating all kids ages. Skate park on site. Large fields for ball games and typical slides, swings, spinning stuffs and climbing frames etc Easy spot to spend 30 mins to 1hr+ with kid(s). Nearby food/drink sold too.

Really well maintained grounds Inc, skate park,children's play area ,football and basketball ball equipment. Unisex toilets are well maintained. Special.mention of the Rec Cafe.. Excellent for a stopover during a walk or a visit to the recreation ground Quality food as well as snacks. There's a bar selling alcoholic drinks too.locals are encouraged to call in and enjoy the atmosphere ( we played Snakes and Ladders...more games available) Highly recommended.

An excellent park with a variety of things to do for children of all ages. There are also tennis courts and a multi sports court near to the park and a couple of football goals with astroturf rather than grass so you could play in all weathers. My 10 yr old twins particularly enjoyed the zip line and witches hat climbing frame. There is plenty of parking just outside which is free.

Having found this amazing all-in-one playarea by taking a wrong turn lol, we were so shocked it wasn't showing on googlemaps.. And had to add it! It has a Scooter Ramps, Football Playfield, toddler + play area equipment, that even older kids can appreciate, a Tennis Court and separate Basketball Court. As if it couldn't get any better they also have the added bonus of Toilets *Hallelujah* and super clean ones too. It would be lovely to have a picnic at the provided benches, watching them play next time we visit on purpose this time. This council clearly understands what children want and have got it spot on!
