After a walk along the beach, a play on the playground and a nice ice cream we decided on a trip on the railway. We was going to go one way, but it was only a small amount extra for return - albeit we didnt actually go back again on the train as we left it too late! It was a nice little ride along, and as it was pirate week the kids were given a sweet treat and a drink for the journey! It was a warm day and the carriages are enclosed, so it was a little warm even with the windows wide open! An enjoyable little trip!

Nice experience for the kids. Not the fastest way to travel but a more relaxing one after a long day at the funfair. Thank you 🙏

Not exactly a Great Railway Journey of the World , but a little bit of fun ! Not too expensive at £4 for a single ticket . If you need to cross off a narrow gauge railway off your bucket list , this is a nice one to do !

Doesn't take long from one end of the line to the other, priced well too. It was a good experience for my little one, he liked waving at people whilst traveling on the train. Hanging his head out into the breeze and loving life, with a grin from ear to ear. Lovely staff, can pay using contactless which is great, will definitely use the train again.
