We visited in July and paid £16 per adult for the self-guided tour — I’d avoid it, as it borders on being a scam. All we saw was cans being packed and barrels being stacked. There were no apples and no cider-making in progress. The whole process I.e. pressing, distilling, bottling was completely out of view. It may not have been the right season, but if so, that should be made clear when tickets are sold. As it stands, for all we could tell, they might simply be buying in cans and packing them into cartons on site. Nothing indicated actual cider production was happening there. Very disappointing and not worth the money. The restaurant was lovely, with nice light meals and fresh scones. The animals were a cute bonus for the kids, but dogs really shouldn’t be allowed in the farm area. There were baby goats just outside the gate, and a dog lunged at them while its owner struggled to keep control. Dogs shouldn’t be permitted around farm animals, even on a lead. In the museum, two of the screens weren’t working as seen in the photo. Overall, a rather disappointing experience.

A lovely stop to grab those delicious refreshments. Great for a tour of the workings of the Cyder farm & some lovely animals to see. Great restaurant with lots to offer. The grounds are dog friendly too.

We didn’t take the tour as we wanted to buy some presents from the shop but we did look around the site and found the staff helpful and friendly. We will visit again and take the tour next time! Lovely to see the newborn piglets and goats! Plenty of parking and outside areas, great to see another dog friendly place to visit !

Did the self guided tour. Not a massive amount to see but still interesting. Unsurprisingly the whole place smells of yeast! Saw the boss take one of the cars out of the museum for a drive just as we left the car area. Wasn't expecting that! Particularly enjoyed the petting zoo area. There were a few goats, pigs and a few horses.

Booked the self guided tour and enjoyed watching the factory floor, seeing the process up close and reading the signage. Felt like being on that tv show Inside the Factory. The tour then takes you to a tasting room where the team can give you samples of every single product! We particularly liked tasting the whiskey aged cider and the car museum. Great 1-2 hours exploring and if there’s better weather you could sit in the courtyard for the cafe too.
