I don’t give reviews very often, but I had to do this one as we had such a great birthday party for our son. The venues is clean, well maintained, well staffed and efficient. The under 5s area was great for one of the younger siblings of a party guest. The party was very well organised and the staff were just lovely. So attentive to the birthday boy and made him feel really special. Scarlett was our allocated party host and she was great with the kids. My husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger. The pizza and garlic bread were really good quality with a proper pizza base! Followed by ice cream. Thank you High Altitude Norwich for such an unforgettable 10th birthday party. All the kids absolutely loved it and our birthday boy gave it 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came to high altitude today for the parent toddler session 10-1 with lunch included for £20! Absolute bargain. Little girl had so much fun, the staff are all amazing, they put safety first. Massive shout out to Alisha for being 10/10! She couldn’t have helped entertain the children more than she did. Thank you so much. It was nice and quiet and very clean. Will definitely be returning x

Today we had my daughter’s 5th birthday and can honestly say she had the best time. All the staff were very attentive, kind and patient (with 9 very excited girls!) food was plentiful and good value. The staff were great with all the children doing dances with the girls and even getting my daughter to lead a conga line getting everyone involved. Near the end of the party a staff member cane out dressed in a dinosaur costume for the next party but still stopped and spent a few minutes coming round our table to greet everyone. Thanks so much everyone and making one happy birthday girl!

From booking to the party, everything was so easy. The staff are all friendly and helpful, we had a lovely party host in Riley who did everything, from putting up the decorations we had brought and cutting the cookie cake for the party bags! Food was delicious. We also had a friendly helpful arrival from the team on reception too. Thankyou to all, would totally recommend!

Absolutely brilliant toddler party on Saturday 11th October, the staff were fantastic! Riley and Aleisha, from arrival through the duration of the party couldn’t fault them. Friendly and helpful staff in the cafe area too! The boys were all dressed as superheroes and a member of staff came out dressed as iron man which was amazing! They are still talking about it! The food party bags and cake were excellent and really reasonably priced, took all the stress away of party organising! Totally recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you so much 🤩🤩🤩a very happy 5 year old!! 🤩🤩🤩
