A fantastic tour of this lovely ship. Steve was very informative and brought the ship to life. The museum was very good and lots to do on the quay side. And a great demonstration of the firing of the Canon. Very good value.

An eye-opening experience of an old tall ship. You get to wander through the holds and cabins. Seeing where those on board ship lived and worked. It is really well displayed and easy to walk around, but mind your head.

Beautiful 200 year old 38 gun frigate in remarkably good condition The lower decks have limited head room as you would expect with trip hazards and steep steps.. not for people with mobility issues Plenty of guides to answer questions and tell the story of how a ship built in Bombay in 1817 ended up in Hartlepool

Excellent day out for old and young alike. Lots to see and experience, and the process of buying a ticket online was relatively easy. The ticket lasts for a full year so will definitely be returning. Had something to eat whilst inside and value for money wasn't too bad too. Staff are friendly, and I was really impressed with how much there was to see and do. (Beautiful views of the marina and the ship is amazing to experience).

Amazing to come across such a unique and well preserved ship right on our doorstep. It was an informative visit. Within the limits of a historic ship there had been much work done to make it as accessible as possible. The Fighting Ships exhibit was a highlight, giving an immersive look at life on board in a way that would be impossible on the ship itself with speakers, dioramas etc. The whole dockyard setting was well thought out and the use of mannequins had done much to make it feel alive, the perfect setting for the ship. The live displays were entertaining and informative with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities with ample parking, well stocked and high quality gift shop, good food and drink on site, and plenty of clean and accessible toilets. Overall an amazing visit and a place we will definitely be returning to.
