My feelings about this place vary. The play equipment is not accessible and was removed and replaced with not one but two inaccessible playgrounds, which is a huge issue. They did fix a pavement that was dangerous for wheelchairs and buggies. Today my food was delicious, I had the vegan cheese and I have tried so many that I find really gross so I was very pleased. The staff were really helpful and made ordering easy for me, checking labels and making recommendations, even showed me the cheese when I loved it so I could get some for home.

Lovely park! Great for walks. Pushchair friendly. Pay and display car park. Play areas for kids around the trails. Didn't get a chance to visit the cafe as it closes at 5pm. I believe parking is free after 6pm.

It’s a lovely spot for a relaxed walk, jog, or run, with play areas for both kids and dogs. You’ll find woodland trails as well as landscaped gardens filled with flowers, plus plenty of benches for resting. The café is fairly small, but there’s outdoor seating and the toilets are clean and well kept. I tried the full English breakfast, which was a bit too oily for my taste, so I’ll skip it next time. My husband had the waffles, which I’ll definitely try on our next visit! When we returned, we just went for ice cream instead. Parking is free for up to three hours, but make sure to get a ticket from the machine.

Beautiful place for a leisurely walk, jog, or run with kids play area and also one for dogs. There are woodland places and landscaped areas with pretty flowers. Lots of benches to sit. The cafe is not that big but there is outside seating with clean and well maintained toilets. I tried the full English, it was okay. Quite oily so will give it a miss next time. Hubby had the waffles so I will have that next time! Although when we came back we only had ice cream. Also, best not to forget to mention parking is free for three hours. Just don’t forget to get a ticket from the machine.
