Obviously check the tide and you'll have a lovely open walk on the sands, with far reaching views. Note of caution would be the very narrow access road leading upto the car park, almost impossible if you meet someone to pass. Our labrador Fenton enjoyed the puddles, whilst Monty the Beagle wasn't so keen on the wet sand underfoot!

Beautiful views, feels like you’ve been sent to another world when walking alone out on the sandbank. Saw a couple egret’s and European oyster catchers

Amazing views of Morecambe Bay. The path at the bottom of the cliff is very boggy. Limited parking.

Nice walking area. Ideal for dog walking. We parked at the nearby carpark below Humphrey Head. We were going to have a scramble up, but due to quite a bit of water we instead accessed the trig via the path next to the outdoor centre. Nice 2 and s bit mile walk.

Beautiful place. Followed the road right to the end and found a small car park. The tide was out so we walked along the side of the point (careful this can get real muddy) to the end where it is low enough that you can walk along the top and back towards the activity centre. From there you can either re-trace your steps or just follow the road back to the car park. There is an airfield nearby that spent all day dropping parachuters from the plane, that was interest to watch.
