I went to ibounce last week with my little boy, it was such a fun experience and I would also like to name someone in particular who was very helpful and kind and made our experience so much fun and smooth which was Flo, the check in was a very smooth easy process, it was very clean and tidy and safety was very thorough, thank you Flo and the team for this enjoyable experience. we will definitely be returning 😊

I take my grandchildren regularly on Sunday mornings - when given choice of activity they always shout for ibounce! The activities are brilliant for their co-ordination and gets rid of lots of energy. The staff are young, well trained and are charming with the boys. Just about to book a birthday party there for a group of energetic 7 year olds rather than risk the changeable Devon weather.

Took my daughter and her best friend today, wonderful staff, the manager I believe called flo was so lovely, friendly and was wonderful with my daughter who really wanted to face her fear of jumping on to the soft bag, flo sat with her for 10 mins to try to get her to face her fear of heights. Food was lovely and hot and perfectly cooked, the young lad who I apologise didn't get his name was friendly, wiped down all the tables including the seats and clearly takes pride in his work. Overall the staff today were the best I have encounted upon many times of being a customer. To the owners of this company, you need to praise the staff on duty today and flo your manager clearly has the correct skills of managing a team that all seem happy within thier working environment. Well done to you all xxx

What a great fun time we all had. Staff were friendly and helpful. When our little chap who signs was trying to talk to the staff member at check-in as he was excited she patiently waited for him to sign and answered him back. He wasn’t made to feel different and she spoke direct to him rather then through us which normally happens, the little things didn’t go unnoticed so Thankyou. . The venue was clean and tidy and although it was busier today due to wet weather the staff were organised and made sure everyone was safe at all times

We don't get to visit her often but when we do the kids love it. We had a last minute free afternoon with friends so I brought my 3 yr old with me this time, his first visit and he loved it. Only downside is no gluten free snack options, as a coeliac me and my daughter can't eat out a lot due to cross contamination but the main part is the playing was enjoyed thoroughly! 😃
