Very nice pool, the inside one is lovely and warm and the showers boiling hot! when we went it was 21° outside and the outside lido was freeezinggg! Changing rooms and toilets a little old fashioned and daggy but overall a nice time for a swim!

Booked a ticket on a sunny weekday in June- Arrived 10 minutes after the doors opened and the car park was full, there were lines containing 150+ people all queued up at the door and after watching the lines for 10 minutes they weren't progressing. Surely booking tickets means it won't be overcrowded to this point? What a waste of money.

Beautiful place to relax on a sunny day with the family. Remember to book online as we went on a lovely weekend with hot weather and it was sold out for people walking up. You can take your own food and pool floats etc. Space can be quite limited after about 11am on a busy day. Changing rooms are clean and plenty of lockers. Parking is very close by. One of our favourite trips out of the year.

Went on Bank holiday Monday 25th May with my wife and two girls. Overrun with huge gangs of teenagers, smoking weed and drinking beer. We saw one person throwing up. Apart from an initial check of bags for no alcohol and drugs there were no staff making sure people were adhering to the rules inside. The council should be putting more staff on to monitor the situation for bad behaviour. This is instead of sending traffic wardens out to fine people for not paying for parking. This is despite it not being clear enough. Thankfully, we realised by word of mouth and avoided it. Lifeguards had to get people out every 20 minutes because of no respect for rules. Young children unsupervised entering deep water. Even adults near us were diving in areas saying no diving. There were easily 1500 people there and this site cannot sustain that number of people. It was not a safe place to take your family and can never return again.

High praise for all the staff today. They did a wonderful job on such a busy day. Cheery and professional - including security , managers, and lifeguards. Life guard coverage, focus and response really good. Could do with a more reasonable ice cream van though.
