It has AC! Aircon is a blessing in play spaces with this heatwave but more than that it’s been our saving grace of a space with having two babies under 18 months and a space that is suitable, clean and well equipped from the toilets to the cafe to the baby space which has windows to the other play areas. It’s such a great place to go and play. The staff are amazing and personable and always willing to help and support. The place is kept so clean and organised and it’s big enough to be entertaining but small enough I don’t feel over whelmed when my toddler runs off. It’s just great all round. Parking near by is easy and it’s surround by shops and restaurants to make a morning or afternoon of a visit. We love it. It’s been my safe reliable play space both for my nanny kids I used to care for and now my own babies. Highly recommend and the membership is so well priced. Plus parties there are so fun! Renting the whole space.

Have loved this place with my first and second children. The ladies who run it are lovely, the food and drink are reasonably priced, the toys are always clean and organised & they're very well kept rather than tatty. Definitely the best play place in the area!

Will definitely come back! I took my twins on a Sunday and chose the last slot (3:30-5pm). I got there around 4:15 and there was only one other child in the centre. My boys loved it. There are four rooms with different themes: jungle animals, vetinary, food/tea/shopping and finally a bigger room replicating outdoor play. Alongside this, there's an indoor cafe and seating area, toy cars to drive in the hallways and a pirate play area. Lot's to do! Very lovely lady at the reception too.

I took my 1 year old for the first time and he had so much fun! There was so much for him to do, everything was clean, tidy and in great condition. The staff were kind and attentive, and the food was brilliant. We will absolutely be back!

We absolutely love coming to Imagination! The separate role play rooms are such a great idea and keep everything feeling spacious and engaging. You get a full 2 hours to play, which is more than enough time for little ones to explore everything without feeling rushed. My 2 yr old absolutely loves it and is entertained the entire time. Such a great hidden gem.
