The mini golf was fantastic! We loved it & definitely worth the visit! Who ever designed it needs a medal!

I bought my son for the Fair putt on Saturday. Unfortunately this was the same time a football tournament was taking place nearby. Parking was near impossible and very busy next to infinite air. The closest place was a car park charging £3 which is Unfortunate when there was free parking at infinite. The fair putt was good and we did enjoy ourselves despite standing at the fair putt counter for 10 mins before having to fetch staff from the infinite air counter that we walked past and was seen! Now the main issue parents that can't be bothered to supervise their children!!! On fair putt roughly a 5 year old with no parent in sight just running around and hitting the ball all over and hitting me with it! Then the arcade area a boy roughly 3yrs old CLIMBING ON AND INTO the machines to get the balls to throw at the clowns! Again no parents in sight! Overall the fair putt was good but it's in a poor location and staff are disinterested and too busy chatting to register customers or to remind parents to supervise their children. We wont be back.

We attend a send group which isnt open to the public and its fantastic. Best experience ever. Dimmed lights and music so the place is quieter.

We visited Infinite Air Trampoline Park with our three-year-old, encouraged mainly by the generally positive Google reviews. In hindsight, we should have paid closer attention to the more recent comments. Unfortunately, the soft play offering was extremely limited. There was no bouncy castle, and the soft play area itself was very small—by far the smallest we have seen in the North East. Our child lost interest within minutes and was instead drawn to the nearby arcade machines. These games were very expensive (effectively costing around £1 per second) and, in our view, not suitable for young children. Additionally, the air-compressor ball-shooting attraction was out of order, with no notice or warning provided. We were told that children under six are not permitted on the larger trampolines; however, this rule did not appear to be enforced, as we observed several children who looked well under that age using them. Food and drinks were also significantly overpriced, which contributed to the feeling that the venue prioritises additional spending rather than offering good value for families. Most concerning of all was the baby-changing toilet. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant chemical smell, to the point that we felt compelled to leave quickly. The odour lingered on our clothes even after we left, and we washed everything immediately upon returning home. Whatever cleaning products are used there were overwhelming and quite distressing. Overall, this was not a suitable environment for our toddler, and we would not recommend it to families with young children.
