Sad to write this as we've been coming here for a few years now and always had a good time, but this place is now in need of a refurb. The guns which used to shoot balls with a blast of air have been removed but the plastic tubes which used to hold them are just left fluttering. The final three obstacles on the obstacle course no longer inflate or stay upright. The slippy fabric on the up and down slide is badly torn at the top which means only half the slide can be used and seems to me a be a H&S issue. Also, £4 to use a locker is crazy, especially when it doesn't actually work and I need to get staff to open it for me every time I need something. I can say that the staff are still awesome here and have always been great every time we've visited. Hopefully they can bring the facility up to scratch soon.

Very busy but my kids loved this place. My son has special needs but he really loved this place. Safe, and HUGE! They book play times on the hour, so plan in advance or youll be sat waiting to get your timeslot.

Absolutely awful service. I rang up to check for availability and the operator said it is a quiet time and to come down. Closing time clearly states 6pm. I arrived there at 5pm and the doors were locked. I called up and asked the operator said they can close early if they are not busy. So why advertise you close at 6pm? Why do one home 1 hour early because it’s quiet and tell customers to come. I travelled 45 minutes to get here. My son was really disappointed and you guys should be ashamed of yourself for letting him down. In the future, please advertise what time you actually close and don’t tell customers to come as it is nice and quiet, then turn the lights off and lock doors and go home. Will definitely not be returning here ever again

We've been a couple of times now. My daughter (5) loves it here. Parking is free (log your reg on arrival). Lockers are rented for a fee online when you arrive, but there is free shoe shelving. There is a cafe area, which can be used by, but not limited to, those who would rather observe than join in the mayhem.

Went to the SEN session and travelled from Sheffield during the Easter holidays. So worth it! Me and my son had the best time
