Lovely clean pool and changing rooms. Limited spaces which meant it wasn't overcrowded. Staff are really helpful and accommodating. Suitable seating area which allowed us to bring our dog and also watch our children in the pool. Staff even brought out a dog bowl as it was a very warm day when we visited

I love this place. We have been coming here every year from Morecambe for 5 years. The water in the pool is clean and heated, it is really comfortable. The swimming pool is located among the trees, which gives a pleasant view to the eyes. And the smell of nature. There is a picnic area next to the pool. All surrounded by greenery and a stream.

Book before you visit to save disappointment. One of the last sessions before the heating is turned off … and it made a difference. Great fun swimming about I the open air. Pool is clean as are the changing rooms …. Best of all staff are helpful. Love visiting here any time of year , real treat swimming outdoors

Easily bookable online, reasonably priced. We had great fun in the pool with 2 kids (5&2). The pool staff were even kind enough to lend a couple of pool noodles as we were far too disorganised to bring our own! Obviously, the pool isn't warm. But that's it, really great for a little village lido.

Absolutely loved our swim here. It’s outdoors and well maintained. Separate changing rooms with 3 private rooms and a large area for communal changing. Only 1 toilet in the ladies changing area but since only a certain number of people are allowed here at each swim I guess that’s enough. The water is warm after the initial shock (it was a hot day) and thankfully it wasn’t overcrowded. There were at least 2 lifeguards on duty and they seemed to be doing their job well. We got an hour for a very reasonable price. There seemed to be only 1 public pay and display car park which is a good walk away from the pool. If you’re lucky enough to get on street parking you still have a fair walk. It’s all downhill to get there so remember to save some strength to get back to your car!! There’s a pretty river by the pool and we took a long walk down the bank. The river was fairly empty so not sure how far you could walk if it was full. Anyway, beautiful area and well worth visiting.
