Facilities are excellent, especially the sensory room, I was very impressed. The only issue we had was that your 2 hour slot includes ordering and eating; I ordered got food at 11:30 and was told at 12:05 we needed to leave as our session was up however had not yet received our food. Whilst we were allowed to stay only to eat, there was no apology regarding this, so we ate quickly and left. We will likely use the facilities again but will not order any food. Id recommend this as it will use up half of you time to just get the food.

Great soft play area for children. Reasonably priced and staff are lovely. Great for parents to get a nice tea or coffee, plenty of table space. Grandson absolutely loved it!

We’ve been coming to iPlay since my daughter was a baby and now we’re coming with her baby brother. Bearing in mind she is 8 she still had plenty to do and had a wonderful time playing with her brother and making new friends. The team were friendly and approachable. Everything was in working order and pretty clean for a soft play. Considering it’s been running so long it holds up well against some of the newer venues. We will certainly be back again soon. Ps. The millionaires shortbread was delicious!!!

My son had a lovely time, however it was way too busy, way too many people and children running about I don't no what Max is in there but my son got knocked to the floor by a child and adult. I also got told where I should sit because there were large numbers coming in I had just sat at a large table because all the others were full of stuff either on seats or on the actual table and there was very little if anything to eat as a sign went up to say no hot food when I arrived and empty crisp boxes and a few cold drinks to choose from don't think we'll go again at 3pm.

Staff were friendly throughout and the café was reasonably priced. Little one loved it and didn't stop! One of the best priced soft plays in the area! Carpark is great but pretty tight especially with everyone have big cars for car seats nowadays. It was nice on a Wednesday morning term time, however I personally wouldn’t want to come on a weekend/ school holiday. There is only 1 changing table (to my knowledge) that was in the woman’s bathroom, when changing my children serval people came in needing a changing table, would be great if there was another table in there. There is a great seat on the wall of the woman’s bathroom that you can put your child in so you can use the facilities however it’s not in a cubicle and states “do not leave children unattended” therefore to use the chair you’d have to keep the cubicle door open? Great idea however, the execution needs to be looked at.
