Very honest review: The staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely drinks and food, the play area for bigger and more mobile children is fantastic, however the under 1's zone was small and not as entertaining unfortunately. It was great however to sit in there and have a bit of a breather, away from the hyper children...until the hyper children started coming into that zone and mother's were just standing there, watching and not doing anything whilst the bigger children were almost terrorising the babies (and mum's!) I will not be returning anytime soon, not until my child is a bit older at least!

Came here with my friend and our children and we will not be coming here again. The food is expensive for what you are getting, we were waiting to get a table for 10 minutes even though we had booked, and i noticed that some of the staff had face jewellery in which looks very unprofessional. We were also waiting for ages to be let out and our food came out close to the end of the play session even though we ordered it at a reasonable time and we had to rush to eat it. However the staff were nice and helpful but I think this place should be more organised. We have had much better experiences in other play centres and will avoid this one next time.

Jangos is our children's favourite play centre! We visited last night for the Christmas grinch party and was so shocked at how much time money and effort was put into this event! It was amazing, my kids didn't want to leave, they made it so big and special for them! The food platters was the best presented platters I have seen, so much choice on there for them, I am always so impressed with how clean and tidy and organised this play centre is. They go above and beyond, every single staff member is friendly and approachable, 100% recommended! We are going to ge booking a party in April and can't wait , knowing they have everything handled perfectly 🙌 thanks so much guys 😀

Today was a wet overcast, and i had to look after my five year old daughter and her friend. We booked our 1 hour 30 mins slot online in the morning, and it cost us £12 for the girls (£6 each) and £2 for me and my wife. I thought the price was very good value. The soft play park and the surrounding tables for adults were kept nice and clean, and the place is well maintained. The soft play area was plenty large enough to keep the kids well entertained for the 1.5 hours we were there. Adults are allowed inside the soft play if you want to join in with the kids, if not there is a cafe that serves a decent cup of coffee and food etc and plenty of tables to sit at. The entire area is closed in, so you don't need to worry about the kids escaping, so take a book and have an hour and 30 mins rest from the kids.
