I had to leave a review following my son's 4th birthday party we had earlier this month, it couldn't have been better and I just wanted to give a special shout out to Bobbie who was our host! She took all the stress out of the preparations for it, made sure everyone was signed in, organised where we put presents and cards so things didn't get lost, and planned the food perfectly. Even grabbing me and my partner a brew when we really needed it! My sons cake was Ghostbusters themed, and Bobbie even personalised the music to put the Ghostbusters song on for him too. She was spectacular with the children, and was constantly asking if there was anything else we needed. She cut all the cake up for the party bags (thankfully as I was worried about doing this myself!) and asked if I wanted the rest of the cake cut up too which she did happily. Couldn't thank her enough, she's an absolute asset to your team and we hope to see her again when we come back to play. Thanks Bobbie!

I have so much to thank Donna and all the other staff at Jelly Beans Widnes! My little boys birthday party was planned else where and a hour before the party started it got cancelled!! We phoned Jelly Beans and spoke with Donna and we explained what had gone on and if we could bring 20 children! We was not expecting a party place we knew that would be booked we just wanted to make sure we could turn up with that many children! Well they went above and beyond! They agreed, they made sure we could all sit together, they explained ‘play and eat’, they supplied jugs of juice, they just did so much! So not only did the kids get to play they all also had food, drinks and we did our cake we took as well! I can’t thank them enough! They checked on us the whole time making sure all was ok! The play area was clean, the staff were so happy and helpful and the whole atmosphere was just so lovely! Thank you all so much again and we definitely will be back 🫶

OK for kids 4+ but the facilities for younger children are poor. The staff are polite and courteous but no sign of management. Older children are constantly in the baby zone making it unsafe and we had to take our child out when a much older child ran rampant. The food is low quality with no healthy options but it is at least cheap.

We went for our son's 4th birthday party first time yesterday and I was impressed by the organisation and the service. The place was clean and our helper, Neve, was so lovely and made us feel comfortable. Our son had a brilliant time there and we will definitely go back xxx
