This was my first visit to Jigsaw Gyms and I can honestly say I was so impressed from the moment we walked through the door. The lady behind the counter was absolutely lovely, so welcoming and helpful. She took the time to tell me about the play area upstairs and instantly made us feel at ease. My little girl is very shy around new people, but she spoke to her so kindly that she had her smiling and giggling within minutes, which was lovely to see. The gym itself was spotlessly clean and really well looked after. The music was at the perfect volume – loud enough to enjoy and hear the songs, but not so loud that you couldn't hear your children playing. The whole place had such a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. You can tell that the team genuinely care about the business and take pride in what they do, which sadly isn't always the case at some play centres. To top it all off, there were some little food tasters on the counter which were absolutely delicious! If the tasters are anything to go by, I can't wait to come back and try more from the menu. A fantastic first experience and we'll definitely be returning. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Visiting today from Coventry to my sister and nephew who are local and come all the time ... The staff make the place! Created a great vibe which I think has a knock on affect. Clean, tidy and the foods great. I imagine the kids can't wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My kids (4 and 3) absolutely love it here! There’s loads for them to play with, and the food is genuinely great—I’m especially a fan of their salads. The whole place is spotless and really well maintained. The owner and staff are always so friendly and accommodating. We always have a fantastic time, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Kids had an awesome time here! Staff were friendly and hosted our family party perfectly. They also have a role play area upstairs with a fantastic sensory room for babies.

Great little soft play for toddlers. Not too big that you lose them, yet plenty for them to do....with a ball pool, trampoline, block area and medium sized triple slide which my two year olds could navigate on their own. Nice sensory area for babies, although all the toddlers were envious of all the nice toys in there, so would have maybe preferred if they extended this area to under 3's only. Food basic but reasonably priced and enjoyed by all. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.
