Good place for the kids, but as a parent you're not even allowed to stand near the play area to keep an eye on your own child—they told me to move. Considering the staff weren't keeping a close eye on the children themselves, I found this absolutely unacceptable. As a parent, I'd expect to be able to stay nearby to supervise my child, especially if staff aren't actively monitoring the play area. Very disappointing and H&S concern. More concerned about if you have paid to be standing watching. Edit - Still here and now theres a wifey who's running around the bouncy castle area with no wrist band on but staff aren't saying anything. 😂😂😍

We had our youngests birthday party here the other week. Booking was easy and sadly we had to change the date due to illness but this was done without any issue from Junp 360. The costs were around normal ad clearly set out. Deposit is paid then you pay the remaining balance on the day which was great. You get a dedicated party host and ours was amazing. She was so friendly and kind and made the experience so nice I couldn't fault her.

I booked my daughter’s birthday party here and it was fantastic. The party took place on a Saturday afternoon and the venue was extremely busy. Earlier in the week, the team contacted me to go through party details and advised arriving a little earlier for check-in due to how busy it would be, which I really appreciated. Our party organiser Lucy, was absolutely brilliant. She efficiently checked all the children in, took their food orders, and ensured parents completed the waivers. The children then watched a safety video before heading into the jump zone. There was a small mix-up with our reserved party table in the café, but this was quickly sorted. Lucy took all of the party items upstairs to the party room and kept me well informed about timings and what was happening throughout. All of the children loved their food, and the party room itself was spacious and clean. Overall, it was a great venue and all of the children had an amazing time. Lucy is a real asset to the team. She is polite, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She even lined up the children’s shoes before we left so they didn’t have to rummage through the bucket to find them. If I had one small negative, it would be the parking. Although there appears to be a large car park, it doesn’t seem sufficient for how busy the venue gets. I was glad I arrived early, as it took some time to find a space.

We took our grandkids recently and they loved it. So much to do, we barely saw them the whole time we were there. Will definitely go back.
