Had a fantastic experience here! We’ve been to the Stockton location before, but the staff at Hartlepool made this visit so much better. The toddler sessions are a bargain price, and our little one loved having free rein to roam the whole place. The soft play area is also really good and kept them well entertained. Highly recommend!

We visited Jump360 Hartlepool with one of our social groups from Autism Matters, and the experience was genuinely outstanding. The staff team went above and beyond to support our autistic adults and our staff. Everyone was treated with kindness, patience, and respect, and the adjustments offered were thoughtful, proactive, and person-centred. Nothing felt rushed or dismissive. Instead, staff took the time to explain things clearly, made simple but meaningful adaptations, and created a calm, welcoming environment for our group. We attend several venues across the Tees Valley, including other Jump360 sites, and I can confidently say that this venue stands out by a wide margin. The level of understanding and care shown here is what inclusive practice should look like. A huge thank you to the Hartlepool team for making our members feel safe, respected, and able to fully enjoy the experience. We will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this venue to other groups and families.

Regulars visitors to the small play area which has recently been renovated and perfect for little ones - price for the small session is so reasonable too. We booked for breakfast with Santa and it was brilliant, super well organised, with breakfast a visit to Santa and the elf wandering around. The elf was genuinely hilarious and did live up to the naughty elf name which the kids loved (and hated 🤣). Would definitely recommend

Absoloutly fantastic for the kids, loads of things to do with a climbing wall, bouncy castle type play frame (which is massive) foam monkey swing pit, trampolines and a leap of faith platform. The cafe is the only downside, its not got much to offer and there's no menu as such. High sugar processed food is the only real option here. Good for drinks however with hot drinks for the adults and plenty of kids choices too. The price point is average for this type of establishment, we came for a special event with spiderman and captain America and paid £26 for three kids which included a meal too. Overall highly recommended 👍💷🍴😁
