When will it be back open because we were planning on going in summer holiday
Staff are polite, the kids liked it, it can be a bit cold in there in the colder months but over all its a good place to take the kids.
My kids really like it. But as others have said, could do with a refreshments stand. Surely could sell at least bottled drinks from the place that you pay to get in.
My kids LOVE this place! Pay once for all day and you can leave and keep coming back as long as your wrist band stays on.
Good value, all day play, child's hand is stamped so the child can return later in the day. Supervision - Adults are responsible for supervising their own children. Plenty of picnic style tables. No clear view of the whole floor due to the way the inflatables are positioned. Price - adults free, child £4 (all day, can go out and return). Accessibility - doors are open into the Amusement Arcade. One Toilet for all, which is also for the Disabled, no pull cord call for help. Car Park - Council Pay and Display near by, off road parking beyond the police station. Cafe - at the other end of the building, cooked to order and they will bring the food through to the Soft Play. Amusement Arcade - between the Cafe and Soft Play Area. Staff - friendly. Cleanliness and Temperature - generally clean, but could do with a deep clean. A little cold if not running around! Otherwise worth a visit. Toilet - one, also for disabled (no pull cord to call for help).
