First of all. JUMP just seems so neglected and dirty. I visited with my two younger boys on a weekday and honestly it’s just so dirty to the point I couldn’t handle them being in the soft play without worrying about all sorts of germs. The most absurd thing is that after our session i’m in the parking lot and I see two large rodents scurrying across the car park near the grass verge area!! The food was quite good however, but I don’t think JUMP’s cleanliness is even up to minimum standards to cater to children after witnessing this. Staff were quite nice, however I wasn’t really impressed with the quality of customer service when we came in. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Well, visiting Jump was definitely an experience. Not a great one, but an experience. I'll start with the positives: we didn't have to wait, paid for our tickets quickly and the team was friendly. The area for the under 4s has plenty of toys and different sections so it's quite entertaining for the little ones. We liked there was plenty of seating for the parents. But this place is tired and neglected. Everything in it seems to have seen better times, it's extremely loud (you feel like you are in a busy airport, there's an announcement every 3 minutes on the speakers). The lights flicker constantly so maybe I'm wrong, it feels more like a prison than an airport. Too crowded (they have a limit about how many people can enter but I think is still too high). Why do all soft plays have THE most uncomfortable chairs and tables in their coffee shops? It's like "you had a kid, now suffer and pay 10 quid for greasy chips". This place is no exception to this trend. Please, make the experience nice for parents too, we are the ones paying! I think they need more staff, nobody was making sure no big kids entered the little ones areas, the football pitch had no balls and it's open for 10 years old and toddlers at the same time. I saw a kid around 2 getting hit with a ball on the stomach, said ball was kicked by a "kid"who is very close to pay taxes. They need another football area for smaller kids. All and all, skip unless you are absolutely desperate. Also, we found it very expensive!

We had our little girls birthday party on the 6/6/25 and it was absolutely amazing. The lovely lady who helped with the party (so sorry I can’t remember your name it was all a blur haha!) was so helpful, lovely and great with the kids! A real credit to your jump team! The party room was absolutely amazing and clean. The food was perfect and demolished.

First time visiting today with my son. I remember visiting years ago with my siblings and it was great. We won’t be returning again, this place is absolutely filthy! I could have taken a lot more photos but there would be so many. I wanted to leave as wasn’t comfortable with my child playing in such a state. The food is diabolical, it’s so dated and I’m just shocked at how filthy the whole place is. The nappy changing areas were also filthy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had Olivia 2nd birthday party here yesterday all her friends and family enjoyed it here and Olivia enjoy it so much might book her birthday her again and the food was lovely and the party host was so nice ask you anything you needed and the bubbles at the end everyone enjoyed I want to thank jump for making Olivia birthday so special
