Amazing trampoline park, great fun for the kids. I visited jump city during half term and all of the staff were amazing and friendly. Food in cafe was fast and tasty and staff on trampolines were superb and very vigilant. Two in particular my little ones took a liking to (Scarlett and Abby). So thank you to those girls for keeping my children safe and entertained while maintaining supervision of all the other children jumping as it mustn't be easy during busy hours. And the rest of the staff were great so 5 stars for jump city.

Yesterday we celebrated my daughter’s birthday here. The venue itself is very nice – clean, safe, and well organised. The children loved jumping around, and the parents seemed happy too. However, we were very disappointed with the half-hour allocated for the food and party room. We felt rushed throughout this part of the party. The food was brought out and the children had only just started eating when we were asked if the cake could be brought in so it could be cut while the children were still eating. I said no, as it didn’t feel right to rush the cake moment when they had barely started their food. Although this was accepted at the time, about 10 minutes later a staff member entered the room with the cake without informing us. We had no chance to prepare for singing or photos. My daughter was still eating her meal and was so surprised and confused that she didn’t even smile while we hurriedly sang to her. After this, the staff began cutting the cake but stopped halfway through, saying there was no more time. I offered to cut the rest myself and eventually received some help from one staff member. Later, I also realised that in the rush my daughter’s special plastic plate, which I had brought especially for her birthday, had been thrown away. I don’t usually like writing negative reviews, but the rushing really affected our experience, so I felt it was important to share. This is a lovely place to play and the staff are kind, but I feel the management should reconsider how the food and cake time is organised or allow a little more time, so families don’t feel so rushed during such special moments.

We do love it here, but there are a lot of repairs that need doing. I do understand that some things cannot be helped, especially when you have some who dont monitor or even stop their children pulling on things they aren't supposed to. The managers are lovely. The staff are very interactive and extremely polite. The NEW bouncy castle course is a massive hit!! Kudos on that! Prices of food are quite high, but this is seemingly normal for places now. The upstairs toilets do need a good clean (sorry to the staff but it is true). Mainly around the sink area, and the entry door to said toilets. - toilets themselves are pretty much spotless. Again, I reiterate that the staff are always professional, and when it is busy, I completely undertand that you cannot clean the bathroom area every minute. But I think the sink needs a thorough bleaching. And possibly the door too as it seems to feel sticky quite a lot. We do love the place though, and my son never gets bored (ask the staff! 😆). Thwy ate genuinely lovely and caring, and do their very best 👌. Side note: some of the music can be a bit inappropriate for children. I know that is personal choice. But maybe make the music more family friendly. This is just my own opinion, and my opinions absolutely do NOT make facts. The carpets are always clean, and it always smells lovely inside. The downstairs toilets are ALWAYS very clean. We are GENUINELY so grateful for the monthly pass though. Absolutely heaven sent. We do ❤️ the staff.

There are loads of beds and the staff supervision was very good, very efficient turn around and safety adhered to. Catering facilities were good not over priced but need more help when it's busy. Grand children loved it.

Good fun for the kids (and adults). We attended for a birthday party and were looked after by the staff. The staff were very friendly and professional. The place itself is very spacious with different activity areas and a café. Only negative was that we weren't allowed to have our cake there. We were only allowed to cut it and put in party bags rather than eat it there.
