Not a single air con in this place kids absolutely sweating due to the heat. Over priced, very empty when I visited not allowed to take a photo of my child even though it was empty and couldn't see any other child near. She became upset as wanted to show of her karate move on the beam. Staff rude

We had an amazing experience at Jump Heaven today celebrating my son’s 10th birthday. The host named Poppy was friendly, helpful,respectful and made the whole party stress free from start to finish. The venue was well organised, and all the children had so much fun. Everything ran smoothly, and the atmosphere was fantastic. My son and his friends had the best birthday and haven't stopped talking about it. Thank you and highly recommended!

Used be a decent place to take my kids. But now keep getting "told off" by under age staff. A silly rule about not be able to wear a side small bag. Unless its medical related. Last few times we have been the staff seem on edge and almost ready to say something to either adults or kids. Not a relaxing atmosphere. Attitude needs to change. Also needs to be more inclusive to autistic children. Felt like we were be watched by birds! This is the last we will be going. Also we had our wrist bands on for 2 hours but we still being hassled by young staff

Awful place. Never anybody on the reception so you end up waiting for ages or you have to walk through to the cafe to get someone’s attention to actually pay to get in. Very unwelcoming atmosphere…. majority of staff are kids with a bad attitude. Very over the top and extreme. The wrist band kept falling off my 2 year old and the girl on the gate said she needed it on. You aren’t even allowed your phone out to take a photo of your children. I wouldn’t recommend. The owner is extremely rude and very sarcastic. I wanted to make a complaint but he just walked away and said I wouldn't be able to. It smells inside and is very grotty. I wouldn’t recommend.

During my time at your venue, I witnessed a situation that I found deeply unacceptable. A mother with three young children was left waiting at the reception area for approximately 10–15 minutes without any assistance. When no staff member arrived to serve her, she was forced to go to the café counter to make her payment instead. This lack of basic customer service was concerning in itself. Furthermore, at the end of what should have been a 60-minute session, the family was asked to leave after only 45 minutes. It appeared that no staff member had properly checked them in or managed their session time. While I could not hear the full conversation, I was shocked by what I observed of the manager’s attitude, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. In addition to these issues, the general condition of the facility was very poor. The premises were noticeably unclean and had an unpleasant smell, which made the environment uncomfortable. It also appeared that the venue was being run largely by very young and seemingly inexperienced staff, with little visible supervision. Overall, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. Based on what I witnessed, I will not be returning to your facility, and I would be hesitant to recommend it to others. I strongly urge you to review your staffing, customer service standards, and cleanliness procedures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
