Definitely my favourite trampoline park in Surrey. Plenty of free parking, reasonable jump session prices and so much to do for all ages. They have a section of soft play for smaller children and then the bigger part for over 4’s. Every time we have been, even at its busiest, it has always stayed clean and always somewhere to sit whilst the kids bounce. The staff are friendly, helpful and always available. Great food choices and again reasonable prices.

I accidentally booked a Toddler Takeover session instead of a party at Jump, Esher — and only realised the day before. Cue panic. But the team at Airhop Esher were absolutely incredible. Italia Coote, the manager I first spoke to, was so kind and understanding. With all party rooms fully booked, she went above and beyond to create a dedicated party space in the café area — tables, decorations, the works — reserved just for us. On the day, Shefali the on-site manager was fantastic, making sure everything ran smoothly and the setup felt special. Nobody would have guessed it wasn't a traditional party arrangement. The kids had the best time, the open space was brilliant, and our little celebration ended up being everything I'd hoped for — cakes, balloons and all. I was nearly in tears the day before; instead I left with the biggest smile. Truly above and beyond. If you're looking to host a brilliant kids' party, look no further. We'll definitely be back! 🎉

My kids love this place! The staff is always friendly and as they are getting older we tried a session a bit later and was so much fun, lights and music were adding to the atmosphere! They like to get some ice cream at the end which they always have a fun options too. Is worth the money and is free parking! I dislike very much when you pay a entrance fee and still have to pay for parking!

Excellent customer service and a brilliant experience for kids. Manager Jake was outstanding—full of positive energy and highly professional. Really appreciated the string coffee as well, mate—honestly better than Costa or Starbucks 😎

Today was my son’s birthday, and visiting Clip ’n Climb was an amazing experience. There is a great variety of activities, and safety is clearly a priority—there is always staff supervising the kids. My children were very happy and had a lot of fun. We also bought the jumping and dodgeball activities, which added even more excitement. Everyone enjoyed it a lot, and the tickets were definitely worth the price. There is plenty of free parking, the staff are friendly, and the place is very clean. Even the toilets were well maintained—clean, no mess, and no bad smells. Overall, a fantastic place for kids and a great way to celebrate a birthday!
