Despite some negative reviews about expensive coffee or certain smells, the main thing for me was that my child had a great time — and that was absolutely the case. My child ran around, jumped a lot, and really enjoyed it. I also liked that there are not only trampolines but also area to play football. Overall, it’s a great place for kids to burn off energy and have fun.

I attended Jump with my daughter and initially we were both excited and she even said “wow” as we walked in. Unfortunately, from that point on the experience quickly went downhill. In the bouncy castle area, I found it to be quite unsafe for toddlers. Several sections were visibly damaged, with torn and worn areas that didn’t look properly maintained. This was concerning, especially for younger children who should be able to play in a secure environment. There also appeared to be a noticeable lack of staff throughout the venue. It was difficult to find anyone available to supervise or assist when needed, which added to the overall feeling of disorganisation. To make matters worse, getting a simple drink was nearly impossible. I waited around 10 minutes at the coffee area, but there were no staff members present to serve customers. It honestly felt like I could have been waiting indefinitely without being helped. Overall, what started as an exciting visit turned into a disappointing experience due to poor maintenance, lack of staffing, and inadequate service.

Extremely overpriced. A single child ticket costs £20, which is already shocking, and the food and drinks are ridiculously expensive too. £4.45 for a latte and £3.25 for a coke. We visited at the weekend and stayed for around two hours with my child. The reception was seriously understaffed, with long queues just to get in. There were no seats available for parents at all, and waiting for drinks took ages due to the lack of staff. To make matters worse, there were lots of 15-16 y/o teenagers running around in the trampoline and bouncy castle areas. One of them knocked into my child, which felt very unsafe.The bouncy castle equipment is also badly worn, with several areas clearly damaged and torn. Overall, very poor value for money, overcrowded, understaffed, and unsafe for younger children. We won’t be returning.

We had my son’s birthday party here last week, and there was nowhere for parents to sit. There were over a dozen of us just standing outside the party room. There were loads of 15–16-year-olds running around in the bouncy castle, which honestly felt dangerous for the younger kids. And the drinks and food were really expensive – almost £4 for a coffee.

We attended the Toddler Takeover session during half term and I was worried that it was going to be busy. That was not the case and my daughter (who is small for her age) had a great time exploring without getting trampled by bigger children. I only read the reviews the night before we came and I was anxious that it wasn't going to be a good experience based on what I'd read. None of the poor reviews were evident when we came - although we only met two young members of staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. A real asset to the company. The equipment was not dirty as some reviews had suggested - yes it was a struggle to slide down some of the shorter slides but they weren't visibly dirty and the bigger slides were fast. Overall I was very pleased with the toddler session and feel it was good value for money.
