Had my daughters 8th birthday party today and it was a great experience. Plenty of food, kids had fun and party girl was delighted with her free return voucher!

My son is non-verbal but fully capable of bouncing independently and safely. Despite this, staff repeatedly insist he “needs a carer” purely because he is autistic. A note has apparently even been added to his account saying he requires one, despite me explaining multiple times that he does not. I have not seen any risk assessment carried out over this situation. There is one particular staff member (miles) who seems to actively single my son out every visit. He has got in my son’s face demanding to know where his wristband was, even after another staff member explained I was wearing it because my son cannot tolerate things on his wrist due to his autism. On another visit he told my son to get off a trampoline because he was “too small” despite not measuring him and while other children of a similar size were allowed to continue bouncing. My son is repeatedly discriminated against in this place, I hate to attend it but he really loves it here. Staff repeatedly report him for not following “rules” when in reality he behaves very similarly to many other children there. If my son ever goes somewhere he shouldn’t, I immediately intervene myself and move him appropriately. Autistic children should not automatically be treated as incapable or unsafe simply because of their diagnosis. Families should feel welcomed and supported, not made to feel uncomfortable every time they visit. I hope management takes this seriously and properly addresses the way disabled children are being treated.

Haven’t been for a while, went today booked a 3-4 slot, my son who’s 5 wanted to use the toilet, tissue everywhere, piss all over the floor, went to the other toilet, same, piss everywhere, toilet seat had literal turd on it, found someone asked if it could be cleaned cus I wasn’t cleaning that, they said they’d get someone, went back 20 mins later, exact same. Shame, absolutely disgusting toilet facilities

attended with my two children and, upon checking in, was asked if we had trampoline socks. We did, so there was no need to purchase any more. However, just 15 minutes into the session, my child came out crying because a member of staff had shouted at them and told them they had to leave the trampoline area as they weren’t wearing the venue’s branded socks. We were then told we would have to pay £4 to buy their socks. This is absolutely ridiculous and feels like nothing more than a money-making tactic. I’ve visited numerous trampoline parks and have never experienced this before. I completely understand rules around safety if children are wearing normal socks, but they were wearing proper trampoline grip socks. I asked to speak to the manager, Daisy, and unfortunately she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will be taking this further. On top of that, the venue was absolutely freezing and very scruffy. Even though it wasn’t particularly busy, I struggled to find a table that wasn’t covered in empty cups and plates. Overall, a very disappointing visit. I would 100% never recommend this place.

Best play centre ! Has everything you could ask for , the kids are spoilt for choice and suitable for all ages. From football pitch , robo keeper or trampolines to battle baskets , inflatables , ninja arena / travelator , to laser arena and an arcade , they’ll never get bored and won’t want to go home. We’ve been so many times already and now book 2 hours when we go. The area for spectators is spacious ,lots of seating and a big viewing area overlooking the main part of the site with the trampolines /inflatables and ninja park. It has good WiFi and a great little cafe with a good choice on the menu Lots of offers inc midweek visits with a pizza which goes down well with the kids. Along with the huge choice of slush flavours which you can buy a refillable bottle Party rooms are spacious and great hosts , the staff are all really friendly. Great rates for private hire too which we’ve just booked. Would definitely recommend , wouldn’t choose to go to any other play centre now that only has trampolines / ninja as this place has it all and for the 1 price
