I visited jump jam today in hopes of getting out of the heat and while I was there my daughter got her face painted as I believe they were celebrating something. The girl who did it I believe her name was Maria was so gentle and caring with my daughter I couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely recommend going but on a less hot day as it gets very warm inside!

Fabulous venue for the kids so much to do and it offers more than just a trampoline park. Very easy to find from cardiff. We arrived ahead of time so made use of the lovely cafe overlooking the arena. Highly recommend

excellent customer service - we were greeted by Evie and shown the party room by Iona- both had exceptional customer service and were so polite and informative. Our party host, Tuli needs additional praise- she was informative, clear and kind in dealing with our party. She was very professional when discussing allergies and the layout of the session. I really couldn’t have asked for more from the team. I’d be very proud of Evie, Iona and Tuli as staff members- truly professional and exceptional in their manner.
