We visited Jump for the first time today and absolutely loved it — we’re already going back tomorrow! Not only did the children have an amazing time, but it was also very easy for us as parents to play with them because everything is so spacious and open. We honestly had just as much fun ourselves. Everything was very clean, and the staff regularly provided activities and entertainment throughout the day, which was really great. The prices for both entry and food are very fair. So far, this is definitely my favourite indoor playground. The only thing I would love to see would be longer opening hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

So, this place is rather run down. Staff on door however, are really nice . My child found a human poo on the soft play thing at the back when we almost over playing. We swiftly left . It's sad because the kids enjoy it, but the place is a little run down .

Great soft play to spend a couple of hours on a wet afternoon. Seperate toddler bit which was great, big wavy slides and tunnel slides. Gets very busy so would recommend booking online prior to going. Staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful and lots of them. Staff kept an eye on everyone playing and telling the older ones to mind the little ones and to come out of the toddler area. Would defo go again!

Very reasonably priced soft play café. It is very popular so can get pretty manic! I have only tried the toddler area, which has a smaller/quieter sensory area for babies (unless older children come in and push the Happy birthday music button 50 times in 5 minutes, but if you don't like children playing/noise then a soft play is probably not the best place 😅). There are some toys (walker, cubes, etc.) which have seen better days, but in terms of value for money, I think this is a great place. Food is good and staff are friendly. Unfortunately, parking spots can be scarce and pretty narrow but that's no fault of Jump!
