My daughter recently had her birthday party at Jump Warehouse. The whole process from initial contact to completion was excellent. The staff were flexible and understanding. The set up on the day itself was very well catered to our needs. At £13.95/child for 2 hours jumping, room hire and food, I felt it was good value for money. The staff work really hard to provide an excellent service and I would definitely recommend.

I turned up to book a session. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I booked and got all our socks to return in the afternoon. The children had a great time. From 1 to 13 years old. I can honestly say I have never known a cleaner trampoline park or soft play.usually I dump the socks.. they were as if they hadnt been in there The cafe is reasonably priced abd the portion of food generous. Thank you jump! For making holiday memories for all the children. Finding a place that all can play together is hard Also two members if staff monitored the area A little gem!!

We had our boys 4th Birthday party here this evening and it was amazing! The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond for us! I had a free cup of tea, the food was brilliant and everyone had such a lovely time! Thank you so much it was a great evening! Even got a voucher from the staff after we had some no shows!x

We had an amazing time at Jump Warehouse! We went on a weekday for the toddler/parent session with our two little ones and had an absolute blast. We paid just under £30 for four hours of fun — that included four pairs of socks and lunch for the kids, which is such a bargain! In addition to many trampolines, there was also soft play and a chill-out area with colouring and dress-up, which the little ones loved. We’re only here on holiday for the week, but we’ll definitely be coming back next year for another visit. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the venue was spotless 👌 Big thumbs up from us!

What a day was had at Jump at Great Yarmouth! Days with our granddaughter are special and to find something she loved was a wonderful feeling, you’re so limited in the winter! She played for hours, and they made her a lovely lunch of a sandwich and crisps and a drink- what a lovely friendly team! There was a few bits and pieces of dirt around the areas which we’d expect with young kids but it’s always a worry when at that age they put everything in their mouths- but it’s hard to keep Clean with so many happy children running around all the time, liked how you booked a slot so it wasn’t over crowded. Jump- you were great! Definitely will be coming back xx
