What a place, kids and adults both loved it, nothing is too much for the staff always there to help and assist, general manager Sue made an effort to come over whilst we were jumping to check we were all haveing fun. Spotlessly clean, food was amazing and the service even better, by far one of the best days out I’ve had for a very long time ! Good service and good people are priceless !

Nice place in regards to tidy, clean lady and girl on front desk were very helpful, however the youngish lad /man supervising was just rude!! I understand they have rules but the way he spoke to me a grown adult & parent was unacceptable. Needs a different approach towards the public and how how to to speak with respect. All he seemed to do was complain at the kids for having fun. Its very clear he dont like children, may be worth him looking for another job.

Jump Xtreme is an absolute blast from start to finish. The energy is infectious, with great music, loads of activities, and something for all ages—whether it’s trampolines, soft play or dodgeball. The staff are amazing and keep things running smoothly, and the whole place feels clean and well-organised. It’s the kind of place where you go for an hour and end up wanting to stay much longer. Perfect for a fun day out, it definitely lives up to the hype. Huge mention to sue and James who are so helpful and made sure all the children have the best day ever

We had such a great experience at Jump Extreme Tamworth! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful from the moment we arrived, which really made a difference. The whole place was spotless and very well looked after. There’s so much for kids to do – ours absolutely love bouncing on the trampolines and then heading over to the soft play area. There’s even a little arcade, which was a nice bonus and kept them entertained even longer! The food and drinks were surprisingly really good too – definitely better than you’d expect from a play park. Overall, a fantastic place for families. We’ll definitely be back!

First time today with the grandchildren and very very impressed. We used the trampolines and the soft play area. Both were clean and staff were friendly too. We ate upstairs and the quality of the food was spot on and good value for money. We will definitely bring them back again.
