Birthday Bounce at Jumpin Fun in Cheltenham.. 2 hours , great value for the price and loads for the boys (9 to 10) to do. On site cafe with lots of selection and they also provided water on what was a very hot day. It’s clean, well kept and safe to leave the kids to get on with it. 👍

My Daughter had a excellent party at Jumping Fun on 16/5/26! Staff were lovely, professional and helpful. I got a phone call a week before the party to go through everything. Food was a great range of sandwiches, crisps, doughnuts, cucumber and unlimited squash. The party room had speakers for music and lights which was lovely. It was a private room and they provided plates, napkins and cups and I was able to decorate tables and put balloons in the room before. It was organised very well. A special thank you to Poppy and her colleague (sorry I didn't get your name) who was helping out too. And for the staff member who got my daughter's balloon down from ceiling! Thank you.

We recently booked the Elite Hosted Package for our son’s birthday party. While the children loved the inflatables, the experience for us as parents was stressful and disorganized. Despite a staff member having an emergency (which we understand), there was no clear host managing the party. We ended up directing guests, organizing children, and even helping with the food and drinks. Multiple staff repeatedly asked the same questions about the cake and who the birthday boy was, which added to the confusion. Drinks were upstairs, slushies were missing, and we had to chase up squash refills ourselves. Towards the end, we were informed that the party needed to wrap up due to another booking—but this was not communicated to the guests, leaving us to manage this awkwardly ourselves. One staff member kindly offered sweets after noticing the stress, and staff were polite. The children did enjoy themselves. However, the level of organisation and hosting fell far below what we expected from a hosted package, and we ended up managing much of the event ourselves. I have contacted the venue multiple times since 15th March to raise these concerns and have yet to receive a proper response. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this package or venue based on our experience.

Had my son's 6th birthday today and I can't stress enough as to how much the staff here looked after everything to ensure the party went smoothly. All of the arrangements were made at short notice and within just a week or so we managed to arrange everything with the help of Poppi who explained and ensured she showed us around and took over to handle our reservation. The team here are highly professional and polite especially when handling toddlers. Special mention to Poppi, Jess, Emi, Izzy, Maleemah, Andrea, and Dacian. Will surely recommend this place to any parents who want to have a great celebration for their kids.

Granddaughter had a great time at a friend's birthday party. Plenty of space and things to bounce on. Great for all ages. Well monitored by staff.
