We celebrated my son's birthday on the 13th of June, and Brad looked after us. He was very kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It was a pleasure to have him taking care of us. We had one small issue because I made a mistake when placing the booking, but Brad and the manager resolved it quickly, and I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you so much for making my son's birthday so special. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!
Visited 28th. May for my Grandson Aaron's 7th. birthday party. We had a wonderful time in here and the children enjoyed themselves very much. The staff were all excellent and a mention goes to the Manageress who helped with the party room and refreshments for the parents whilst setting the partyroom up. She was great and eager to ensure that all went well. It was lovely to have has air conditioning in the room too. The party food was plentiful. There was also plenty of space where the waiting adults could rest whilst the children enjoyed themselves. A great time was had by all...many thanks.
Really great time for little and big kids I take my youngest one on a weekday for the child sessions and the £12 for bouncing and food is great the pizza is a great portion and really nice along with the chips it's perfect to break up the session for a 3/4 year old. She can also use the under 5 inflatable on her own which gives me a chance to sit down. My eldest (7) also loves playing here.
I visited Jumpin Fun Rochester on 10 May 2025 for a children’s birthday party, and unfortunately had a very distressing experience involving my daughter. As she was simply exiting the inflatable area through the doorway, her braid became caught in the Velcro at the entrance. It was stuck so badly that a significant amount of her hair was pulled out while trying to free her. Her scalp was sore afterwards, and the whole incident was extremely upsetting for her. What is especially concerning is that this inflatable had only just been installed. New equipment should have been thoroughly checked and made safe before allowing children to use it. It is not acceptable for hazards like exposed Velcro to be identified only after a child has been injured. There was a staff member positioned at the entrance, yet this still happened. There were also no clear warnings about the risk of hair getting caught. I had tied her hair in a braid specifically to keep it secure, not expecting it to become a hazard. The management did respond afterwards, apologised, and advised they were carrying out inspections and making changes. While I appreciate that action has been taken since, this does not take away from the fact that the injury and distress could have been avoided. We have not returned since the incident. I was recently prompted to write this review after receiving an email asking me to renew my waiver. I felt it was important to share this so other parents are aware of what happened. I would strongly urge other parents to be cautious and for the venue to ensure all equipment is properly inspected and safe before use, especially when newly installed.
Parking is easy and free right in front of the building. The staff are friendly and it's reasonably priced. They serve hot and cold food, we had the deal with half a pizza and chips and two hour bounce, it was decent quality. Cold snacks and drinks are a bit pricey but you expect that at these places. My son and his friend said they enjoyed it and would go back but it was smaller and not quite as much fun as some other similar places around.
