Turned up to a session with my daughter's. Told there was a power issue so all events were cancelled for the day. Clearly nothing they can do in this situation However, They said they would be in touch regarding refunds. After no communication and attempts to reach out. Nothing has been heard and they've kept the payment

Great birthday party for my son’s 10th birthday, Izzy and miley were absolutely brilliant, could not have been more accommodating! The kids all had a great time, lovely upstairs cafe space to chill and watch them play

Amazing place! Not sure who had more fun - parents or kids! Brilliant children’s party venue. Roxy was fantastic, from start to finish. Polite, enthusiastic and always on hand. An asset to the place. FIVE STARS!

This was a cracking place for my kids aged 6&9. The price is reasonable for what you get and it’s not just another soft play.. it’s really big with loads of different stuff to do. I also liked the fact the cafe was up high with seating looking over the play area.. so me and mum sat and had a coffee whilst the kids played.. brilliant. There is also a good food menu for adults and kids which is an added bonus.

My wife and I visited Jumpin Inflatable Fun Salisbury with my family of two children; a 2 and 3 year old. We found the venue brilliant - fresh, clean and well laid out. The reception is bright and friendly. The safety video was clear and the cafe area was of a good size and benefited from having fresh air through the large shutter door which opens onto the cafe. The main inflatable area is brilliant - full of various obstacles of different difficulty. Both my children were comfortable to try everything and due to nature of it all being inflatable, I was comfortable with them really getting stuck in! The hour flew by, which was enough time for us to really try everything and the two were just hitting the point of exhaustion! The extra area that they allow you to play in before or after is a really nice add on - consisting of a large ball pool and rodeo jumping area - this adds a bit of value to the experience. Definitely recommend and we’ll certainly be back!
