We had such a wonderful time celebrating our child’s 3rd birthday at Jumpin Jax Soft Play! 🎉 The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and that the children had the best time. The soft play area is big enough, clean, and perfect for little ones to explore and burn off their energy. All the kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! The food was tasty and well prepared, and everything was set up so parents could relax and enjoy the celebration while the kids had fun. It really made the birthday stress-free for us. Overall, it was a perfect place to celebrate a 3rd birthday – lots of fun, great atmosphere, and excellent service. We would definitely recommend Jumpin Jax to anyone looking to organise a children’s party. Thank you for helping us create such a special day! 🎂🎈

My son had a party tonight with the exclusive hire and it was just fantastic. Well organised, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was brilliant and even had sliced melon and grapes which was a winner with the kids as well as the usual hot buffet. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you once again for another birthday party! Stress free and super chilled.

Great soft play, amazing friendly staff who will go above and beyond to help when needed. my kids absolutely love going here and will stay the whole day if allowed (with free parking it’s absolutely do-able). They have a wide variety of options for food and drinks that are reasonably priced (cheap compared to other soft play centres Ive been to) entry prices are reasonable with no restrictions on time so you can literally arrive at 10am & stay until closing, adults are free and they DONT make you purchase over priced socks like other places do or limit you to only 2 hour slots. We’ve attended many of the different events put on during the years and have never been disappointed every mascot visit has been amazing and we look forward to seeing the Grinch & Naughty elf each Christmas. I Have attended ladies night and it was absolutely fantastic never had such a great night out without breaking the bank such great value for money. They also still take cash unlike other places now and there’s no pre booking you can walk in and play so you can be spontaneous when you’re kids are driving you crazy at home. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough They offer different events like football sessions on a Friday and cookery classes forpre-school kids (pre booking is recommended for this) Sophie’s tiny tots is brilliant Sophie is amazing with the kids doing arts & crafts, biscuit decorating,stories, songs & bubbles with mascot visits

Jumpin Jax is such a friendly place to take the kids. My daughter absolutely loves the toddler mornings with Sophie. There’s always fun activities, singing, dancing and bubbles. The food is really nice and reasonably priced. Lots of meals to choose from. The place is secure so kids can’t run out which makes it much easier for parents to relax a bit. I definitely prefer here to our other local soft play. It’s nice to have somewhere that you don’t have to pay for adults too.

The best soft play area around. Staff absolutely brilliant. Community orientated. Brilliant events organised. Daytime Deal if you little ones go to dance class across the road on the same day. Concession is very much appreciated for our disabled daughter that can't use the equipment but goes to watch her twin sisters sometimes. Awesome food setup, very well priced. Feels more personally run overall. Our family loves the place.
