Very lovely little place but can get very busy and then its difficult to move around , which with all the adults and kids running around can be very overstimulating for adults and children. I can see why a small independent place hasn't got a booking system as they can get let down but the non booking and turn up system is also abit chaotic and can also not work in the staffs favour, definitely would recommend putting in a booking system and invoke a cancellation fee maybe thats chargable as at least you will know how many people will turn up and how many cancel then manage numbers that way. Staff seemed friendly enough, in summary lovely little softplay but when busy its definitely time to go. Will definitely visit again! 😊.

We love coming to this softplay. We’ve been coming for years. Staff are all lovely and welcoming and the price is good compared to others around at the moment. No time limit is also a bonus.

Have been here once before and had a nice experience when it was quiet, with two members of staff who were nice and welcoming. The kids played and had a lovely time. However we went today, note two different members of staff and I won’t be coming back. We didn’t feel welcome from the minute we came in, the soft play had mostly younger children and ours were a little older, still within the age range noted on the door. Was spoken to very rudely about my child and how they were playing, I spoke to my child and the parents of the child they were playing with and they were happy that they were having a nice time together. A while later a different child had something thrown at them and cried and the lady again, very rudely asked me to remove my child when they weren’t the one that threw something and when I mentioned this, they told me that the child was copying them but didn’t even say anything to the parent of the child that was throwing. However, I still spoke to my child and redirected them to a different area (even though it is a very small soft play and I think if you’re offering services to a large age range of children at once it’s a given that they will play in all areas) but didn’t feel welcome and noticed the staff gossiping about us behind the counter and glancing over every other minute. Really disappointed as the ladies at the previous visit were lovely and I wanted to support a local soft play, especially since not many people have heard of it and use the one next door.

1* Hygeine rating! Really quite concerning. Cut a very long story short... we were told to leave this establishment because they stated my child was unwell and claimed she was had vomited (she hadn't). Anyway, I was looking for a bin to put some tissue in that my child used. There wasnt a bin around, but the member of staff kindly took it from me. When she took it, I noticed she had bare hands. She placed the tissue in her hands and she binned it. I knew what was going to happen next, so I watched. She went straight to food prep and handling peoples drinks without washing her hands! Bare in mind, this same woman kicked us out because she stated our child was unwell.... you'd think she would take some hygeine precautions afterwards. But no, she would rather spread it to everyone else. You can reply with whatever you like about the lead up to this event... but the matter of fact is you took zero hygeine precautions to spread infection. Disgusting.
