Saved the day! We had our little boys joint party cancelled last minute by another company with just a few days to go I got in touch with jungle world Leyland with not much hope they have space but luckily for us the did. The lady that helped book it all was brilliant really friendly and sorted it all. When we got there on the day anything we needed (Ella if I remember correctly was looking after our party she was so good) she looked after our boys party and they loved every minute so thank you again

I opted for the private hire for my daughters birthday party. I was a bit worried that it might not be worth the money but it definitely was! The staff were absolutely amazing and thanks to them my daughter had a wonderful party

I visited today with my 7 year old and 8 month old, and I am beyond disappointed. My eldest has a dust allergy, which flared up almost immediately. I later discovered why after playing in the infant sensory area, my baby’s clothes were literally covered in thick dust. For a space designed for crawling infants, this is unacceptable and unhygienic. I went into the ball pit with my son and the thick dust I saw was disgusting, I took some pictures because I was in disbelief. Don’t want to know how long this place hasn’t been cleaned🤢 The facility is poorly managed. There is zero "buffer" time between sessions, leading to absolute carnage in the car park and long queues to enter. Inside, the toilets were filthy, the music was deafeningly loud, people were getting their food orders 10 minutes before the session ended. We will not be returning. The management needs to prioritise deep cleaning and basic logistics.

Great range of play facilities for different ages. My little girl loved it. Staff are lovely - we were late to our early session due to car issues and the session ended 30 mins after we arrived. The staff let us stay later no problem. So impressed as a lot of places would kick you out. We had a great time!

We had our Son’s birthday party here yesterday and we are so happy with how it went. All the kids said how much of great time they had! The staff were great from start to finish. Our party host was amazing and she was very attentive and organised. Food was really good, fresh and great value for money. The whole place was spotless. The party rooms are a great space and the decorations made a special touch. We will definitely have parties here again in the future!
