Extremely rude staff. My son who is 5 and very clearly disabled went into the baby area for 30 seconds for them to blast an announcement that only under two are allowed in there and kept repeating it aggressively over the speakers. shame they didn’t announce socks are required because I seen two people barefoot in the exact play area you so clearly were watching and that under 5 have to be supervised in there big play area because that was becoming unbearable for any children to play in as they had to watch out for little toddlers unsupervised in there. Can see why this place is no longer booked up on a rainy day. If you enjoy foot fungus, being for responsible for other people’s kids in dangerous for them areas and rude, soured face staff this is a place for you.

I recently visited this spacious indoor playground and was genuinely impressed by everything it has to offer. The play area itself is large, clean, and thoughtfully designed, giving children plenty of room to explore, climb, and burn off energy safely. It never felt overcrowded, and there was enough space for both toddlers and slightly older children to enjoy themselves comfortably. One of the standout features is the baby sensory room. It’s a calm, beautifully set-up space specifically designed for little ones, with soft lighting and engaging sensory activities that stimulate development in a gentle and safe way. It’s perfect for parents with babies who may not yet be ready for the main play area but still want a stimulating environment. The on-site café is another big plus. They offer a breakfast and lunch menu with a good variety of options, making it easy to spend a few hours there without worrying about bringing food from home. The coffee is great too — which is always appreciated by parents! It’s nice to relax with a proper cup of coffee while the kids play. They also offer birthday party packages, which look well-organized and stress-free — ideal for parents who want everything taken care of in one place. On top of that, there are various baby and toddler classes running throughout the week, providing fantastic opportunities for learning, socialising, and development. Overall, it’s a welcoming, well-equipped venue that caters brilliantly to both children and parents. Highly recommended for playdates, classes, or special celebrations!

My daughter had her 5th party here last night (Friday 9th January 2026). It was a joint birthday party so we hired the place exclusively and it was perfect. My daughter and the other party boy had the best time, we didn’t see them for the duration of the party because they were having so much fun! The staff couldn’t have done enough for us, the whole party ran smoothly from start to finish. Big thank you to our party host Molly and the other staff Cerys and Mikey! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

Don’t live anywhere near here but told the kids we would swing by on the way home after visiting family Thought it would be like all other soft plays where you come pay for 1/2 hours and go but we came at the end of a session No discounts or offers but had to pay full price for 20 mins PLEASE DONT reply by saying how fair this is when is clearly not. Rather than being greedy if you offered any forms of discounts for customers who come part way though a session I’m sure a lot of these bad reviews wouldn’t be so critical of this issue Onto the review of the place Very big. Has a cafe and some payable rides for the kids. One massive slide too The kids had fun as they would do in any soft play Lots of parking, seating areas too Place wasn’t busy at all Didn’t have time to use the cafe

Our grandson loved this place, especially the slides, train and sensory room. It is very clean and the drinks/food are good value. Our only disappointment was the amount of rides/games to be paid for, an obvious attraction for little ones and detracted from the soft play.
