We love going to just kidding Hanley, it is a great space with plenty of things for the kids to do. The soft play areas gives a great range of climbing, slides and other fun areas for kids of all sizes. They also have designated parts for certain ages to keep kids safe. The big town play areas gives is a great way for kids to use their imagination. Again lots of different areas for them to play in. Good choice of food and drinks and just an overall good experience each time we go. We tend to go during the week so it’s not a busy as it can get at weekends which is an added bonus.

This is our fourth time at this spot. This time, we celebrated our daughter's birthday. The place is super organised and clean. Fun is guaranteed. The staff are polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

We've been coming here very regularly for the past 2 years, the staff are polite & quickly deal with things but they're also absolutely amazing when it comes to my little ones allergies they even have VEGAN ICE CREAM which was a huge hit. We can spend hours here as the kids never get bored it's one of our favourite places to go for playdates as there's lots to keep them entertained. The kids loved the build a bear it was reasonably priced and they've a great selection of bears/animals/unicorns and dinosaurs to make. The food is also delicious and very affordable.

Disappointing and confusing We visited here because my 3 year old son was invited to a birthday party. Me and my wife attended along with our 7 year old daughter. When we arrive we explains that we were there for the party but we wanted to pay separately for our daughter to come in. We weee charged £13.50 for our daughter and after we were inside my wife mentioned how much more it was since they had been last year, we assumed this was because of the ‘little big town’ play village that was now there. Once inside there was a sign on the new area saying this was an upgrade and not included with a standard ticket. Having looked around reception I couldn’t see a price list, so checked on the website. Found it really difficult to find any pricing information for the new area on the website but did find admission for my daughter should have been £11 and not £13.50. When I checked this with staff they informed me that we had been charged for an extra adult, even though we were there with the party. This was refunded but was disappointing that we’d been charged and I would imagine lots of people would not realise. The new ‘little big town’ is badly thought through and not worth the extra money. There are similar facilities in the area (apple tree town, adventure mini village) which are way better for the money. There is also the issue that our 3 year old son unsurprisingly could not read the sign on the door of tiny big town so did not understand that he was not supposed to be in there. This led to us on more than occasion having to go in and get him out, which then led to him becoming upset. There is no member of staff controlling who goes in and out so I imagine we are not the only parents with this problem. I would also imagine that there’s lots of parents who would just leave their children in there, and I wouldn’t blame them. Overall this felt like poor value to the other play areas we had been to, the soft play was expensive compared to others in the area and the ‘upgrade’ for an area that is open and right next to main soft play feels ill thought through To just kidding, please sort your pricing structure to make it clearer and please have prices closely displayed at your reception. Also please update your website, it’s outdated, hard to find information and also confusing that you need a different website for little big town.

My daughter had her birthday party at Just kidding, and I cannot fault a thing. Everything was fantastic. We opted for the private hire which was 100% worth the money and would highly recommend. The staff were brilliant, food was lovely, and the venue was nice and clean. Thanks again for a brilliant party!
