I've visited several times, both for re-creation events and gardens and house. It's a beautiful place to visit with extensive gardens and the house is beautiful. The Tudor events are fantastic, you feel like you're stepping back in time, very educational and entertaining. It's a lovely place to visit, not cheap, but if you have historic houses membership then on event days it's under £10. Well worth a day trip

Stunning. Beautiful house and grounds and a bo us little farm with pigs, po ies and sheep, also 3 types of geese and a peahen with her chicks..so much history and things to be in awe of.. A wonderful place to feel extremely welcome and nostalgic. Very interesting. Well worth a visit. The shop has some lovely items and I can throughly recommend buying some meat and eggs if you can. The sausages were delicious and the eggs, orange full yolks and dreamy.

Wow! What a great place to visit. The grounds were lovely to wander around and the historic house was very interesting. And the day we visited all the guides in the house (and there were a lot of them) were in Tudor costume and in character of people from those times; it was fantastic to see and hear! Look out for the days they do these in character events and get a ticket. It will be well worth it.

Kentwell Hall was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hall itself is stunning, full of character, history, and beautifully preserved details that make you feel as though you’ve stepped back in time. The gardens and grounds were equally impressive, peaceful, well maintained, and perfect for a relaxing walk. The surrounding countryside added to the beauty of the day, making it a perfect destination for a family outing or a peaceful escape.

What a gem this beautiful property and grounds are. Approached by a long driveway lined with Lime trees, the Hall sits back perfectly framed and surrounded by a moat and well kept gardens. Inside the tour route is a fascinating trip back in time with lots of period artefacts and information about each room. Lovely formal and walled gardens to explore and a farm & Tudor area that celebrates Tudor life with reenactments during the year. Very friendly staff who are happy to help and a lovely cafe. I will definitely be back to this wonderful welcoming place.
