I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted by this place. It is dirty, poorly maintained, and many of the play equipment and toys are broken, worn out, and should have been replaced years ago. It honestly feels like this place opened in the 1980s and has barely been cleaned or properly maintained since. As a parent, I expect a children’s play centre to be clean, safe, and hygienic. Unfortunately, this was the complete opposite. I took a few photos to show the condition of the place, although I intentionally avoided photographing any children, so they don’t even show everything I saw. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely feel people should know what to expect before visiting. This place was filthy, and I left feeling deeply disappointed. Shame. Shame. Shame. Shame.

We booked our daughter’s 6th birthday party here - we booked a party booth for 12 children. Staff were really helpful and friendly, it’s a really organised and smooth running party. The staff provided us with a cake knife and matches for the birthday cake we brought, extra juice throughout the party. They cater for allergies and replace the main food for another as needed - and you can choose this on arrival to the party . The kids were in the soft play for 90% of the party - really recommend as a fairly straightforward party - kidsworld do most of the work for you - you just need to bring the birthday cake! Thanks kidsworld - all had a fun time :-)

Great and friendly staff, I took my toddler and they try hard to keep the older kids out of the toddler area which is amazing! The toddler section is really good my little one had the best time. Seems clean too.

Booked party package for my sons 6th birthday for 14 children. Staff are really helpful and kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed. It was well organised. Big thanks to Hannah and Becca at reception. We had time to decorate the room and tables before hand with some extra items I bought. Definitely book it again! Kids had a great time.

Had a lovely visit today, lots for the children to do! We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you Kids World, my boys are zonked!
