Visit websiteGreat soft play! Love the sectioned off areas for bigger and smaller kids, came here as a place to burn my 2 year olds energy off after a 4 hour drive and before an early start next day to France. The staff were really nice and chatty with my son talking about his upcoming birthday and trip to Disney. My son loved it!
Nice soft play center, my boys age 5 and 9 enjoy it very much. It is clean, well attended, and although the cafe is a might bit expensive its no more than any of the other soft play centers i have been to in the past. The soft play equipment is one of the better ones ive seen and they have a seperate bit for young children and babies, so less chance for accidents with the little ones.
We called ahead to check if there was space to fit 2 adults & an 18 month old in. We were told we could be squeezed in if we came there & then. Which we did. Upon arrival we were met with a grumpy lady on reception who really made it feel like us being there was inconvenient for them. She didn't ask if we had been before & was trying to find our details until I said we hadn't been (I didn't know our details would need to be registered, & she made it sound like she was filling our info as she went), she was very huffy about the whole process, we should have just left at this point to be honest. There was no explanation as to what areas we could use. Was under 4's available for the price we paid? Were we confined to just the under 2 section? This was just unclear. For the safety of our child we stuck with the under 2s regardless. Albeit she loved climbing up & using the slide, this section was boring & almost forgotten about. Everything looked filthy & poorly maintained. The small ballpit didn't have many balls & the surround was in a terrible condition. The walkers & activity tables had all seen better days. They are all so easily replaceable by finding cheap ones in charity shops or even facebook marketplace. It is also not monitored & there were definitely occasions where people were in there with their 3+ year olds. Our little one got hungry so we thought we would see what food they had, this was so disappointing, nothing homemade or freshly made, just overpriced items picked up from the wholesalers. Nothing healthy & they looked awful. Safe to say we left to not waste more money on rubbish. We wont be returning until our little one is bigger & will be making sure we have eaten beforehand.
One of the best soft plays we’ve been to. Excellent value for money — under £16 for a toddler, baby and two adults. Great range of facilities, clean and tidy (as much as you can expect with kids), and food/drinks were very reasonably priced compared to most soft plays. Staff were excellent, the place was a good size, and facilities were spot on. Could do with a bit more for under-1s (sensory type equipment) and the outside of the building could use a refresh, but neither affected our visit. As someone with three kids who’s visited plenty of soft plays, this is a well-deserved 5 stars.
Booked my 5 year old daughters birthday party, honestly it was amazing Georgia looked after us all. There where no problems everything was explained before hand and everything ran smoothly. All the kids loved it even the big kids (adults) absolutely loved it. Would i book a party here again? Yes I would in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to the staff you went above and beyond ❤️
