Amazing cave, lots of smaller ones too and a nice spiral stone sculpture. Tree swing for the kids too and walks in the woods nearby. Needs better signposting though, you need to take the less official looking path along the fence line with the woods on your left to get there.

Another Jem of a discovery, about an hour from bristol by car. King Arthur's cave drew me to the location, I've got to do some research on the cave to find the link, it's quite small. But the magic then unfolded. The woodland itself is stunning, like a film set stunning. There's a steep walk down through the woodland which meets a very long flattish path right next to the river Wye, the river looks so green set in forest of trees. Would be an amazing river to kayak along. That steep track down through the woodland was quite a hike getting back up but we'll worth the trip. There's a camp site near the entrance and a shop or cafe but it looked closed and I'm not sure if it's open to the public. So there's pretty much nothing else there so an idea to stop at the services a few miles down the road when passing for a wee or hot drink.

Cool cave and lots of mini caves on the way up or down depending on which way you go. Carpark a little hard to find but is free. Little ice cream shop and asian soul food near by. There is also a really cool tree swing by the cave. 100% not safe but so fun.

Lovely cave a 5 minute walk from the car park if you take the trail to the right, just be careful! Helpful signs to take notice of on the way there saying to ignore the satnav and go another way as the road is too narrow so take notice of them!

A nice walk to explore King Arthur’s cave. We parked at the east carpark and walked alongside the river, across Bilbins bridge and then to the very steep hill. There are lots of different paths and routes to the save though. There’s a carpark at the top with the cave less than 5 minutes walk away, or other routes which can take an hour. It’s worth walking along the river and taking in the scenery. Paths are well laid and it’s fun to walk across the bridge. We spotted a couple of bats in the cave, it helps to take a torch with you.
