Worth a visit.. make sure no under 4's on your trip.. we had 3 ! They all wailed all the way round.. grrr However still quite good experience. Sounds system needs ramping up by loads as really hard to hear. Some good effects with the moving dragon and waterfall. However could be loads better with the static sets of mannequins. Nice shops to look around too.

Visited here about 30 years ago and this year took my own children. The magic is still there and it jas been kept up todate. The staff were very helpful. To be fair we visited on the hottest day of the year so was quite refreshing

We had a great time here. We bought our tickets online where we chose the date and time slot for our tour. The website is straight forward and easy to navigate. Arrived in good time and parked up on site where there are ample spaces. Prior to our time slot, we had a walk around the various shops all displaying some good merchandise. The tour started with a briefing and issuing of hard hats; then we were moved to the cave entrance. At the entrance we were met by our guide who led us into the tunnel and to our waiting boat. We travelled along the waterway for a short distance before starting our walk through the dimly lit caves, stopping at variois places to hear the stories for the displays in front of us. The number of people on each tour is kept to an appropriate and manageable number. The tour guide was great and had a sense of humour to match. It is a bit chilly in the caves and you may get slightly wet by droplets, however, we're both retired and wore summer clothing and wasn't affected by the cold. I fact, it was refreshing after the hot sunny outdoors. After the tour we had lunch in the cafe, again, plenty of space and a good selection of food and, hot and cold beverages; the prices for an attraction are very compatible. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to all ages. Plenty of children there, who enjoyed it as much as the adults. This is a fun day out.

We came to the Labyrinth in 2023 while we were driving from London up the Welsh coast. We are from USA and driving on the opposite side was stressful and we were in deep concentration. We saw signs way early for this attraction and thought, " ahh that seems super cheesy" and we did not give it a second thought. We had no idea where we were but some local drivers were very fast and backing up behind us so we pulled over to give way and literally we looked up and it was the entrance to the Labyrinth. Well that was a sign, ha...see what I did there. We loved this place! We went on the tour...and yes...it was cheesy. Think mannequins that do not move but with voiceover and lights that highlight them. The lighting was done so well it was really pretty. It was fun being down in a cave and taking the boat was a good time. Totally unexpected and interesting. They had fun items in their gift shop and all the shops with artisans was lovely. After walking around we sat outside on a beautiful spring day. My husband really wanted to visit the mach loop but we did not know the timing of that and did not even try but as we were sitting enjoying our ciders, jets went swooping overhead and it just was awesome! Never would have had this experience had the Welsh drivers not been so aggressive and we been adventurous and stopped. IF you find yourself in this part of the world, just go and have an experience.

Brilliant attraction! It's an all rounder, something for the kids and adults. Staff are very welcoming, we did have to wait for 40min but we did arrive early. Highly recommend also doing the maze and pottery painting.
