Visited Kingdom Come today with my Mum, Sister, niece (1) and nephew (3) and had to leave a review as we had a fab time. It was our first time as my sister came to visit with the children and we were looking for somewhere to take them. After reading some of the reviews I was slightly apprehensive but after having been I can’t really understand the negative reviews on here and wanted to leave more of a balanced one. Firstly it cost £12 for all of us total and they gave the kids free toast and drinks, plus led a song session compete with bubble machine, foam machine and musical bells for the kids to join in with. Some people on here are saying it’s expensive which I can’t understand. If you don’t want to eat there, there’s no obligation to?! Tea was about £2, again no obligation to order anything. Free parking. For £12 with free toast and drinks and kids loved it - great value. Big soft play- slides, games, puzzles. My 3 year old nephew was so worn out he fell asleep at lunch 🤣 no notes for improvement. We had the best time thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Had an amazing Bluey exclusive party today, want to give Stacey a massive shout out for meeting all the demands we requested which included catering for adults as well as the children, every person complimented how good the spread was! All of the kids enjoyed themselves, the area was spotless and all of the staff members were friendly and polite! 100% would definitely recommend to hire for birthday parties and will definitely be returning!

Used to be a fantastic little soft play before it got taken over. The previous owners were great and it was run very well. Since being taken over the food prices have become astronomical! £8 for a jacket potato and £8 for a baguette I almost had to ask for a bank loan to eat here with the kids. To make things even better they won’t allow you to bring your own food. The last visit was the final straw for us. Took us 10 minutes to queue to get in despite us booking online. We ordered food and had to wait 53 minutes for it to arrive. Admittedly they had a party on but surely get more staff on to deal with it? No apology for the food taking so long either. On top of this it’s so incredibly busy that our children keep getting hurt and the staff do nothing about it. We won’t be coming again sadly.

Week in week out we have been attending with our children since they were babies and now 3 and 7 years old . The staff are outstanding going the extra mile to check all children are happy , safe and having a brilliant time! The venue is so clean and tidy and the food , drinks and snacks available are delicious! Our favourite session of the week is the wonderful Toddler group where the songs and moments are so engaging and fun for all the little ones and it’s a wonderful safe space to make friends and chat to parents , grandparents and careers (I’ve made some lovely friends ) Both my children have had birthday party’s here , they are AMAZING ! the party food is outstanding and the staff make it so special for every child at the party . Thank you for everything Kingdom Come , you really are such a special place for all children!

We’ve visited this place twice when coming to Abergavenny, and unfortunately both visits have ended with my children becoming ill, possibly with a sickness bug. On a few occasions when I called, I was told they were “closing early to clean,” which makes me feel the venue could really benefit from a thorough deep clean of all areas and equipment. After our most recent visit, my daughter became unwell and the rest of us followed for several days, so we won’t be risking another visit. The food is okay, and it’s generally a decent place for children under 7, but cleanliness is a major concern and really needs addressing.
