My wife and I and our children recently joined Kingfisher and we are really impressed! Staff friendly and helpful, great facilities with the swimming, gym and soft play ideal for us. Toilets and changing facilities always lovely and clean and we really enjoy coming to the centre as much as possible 10/10

Can I ask how often is the soft play area cleaned? It is very dirty, and dusty in most areas. Toilets are not checked or cleaned often either.

The worst Santa experience ever so so depressing no Christmas experience at all no gift! No arts and craft , no shelter to spend 30 minutes with the reindeers and only one reindeer ate carrots !! Nothing was as stated on their post on Facebook !! just a dark hall with Santa behind some boards it’s scared my daughter so much she ran out please do not go here all the parents in our session was just as upset waste of money and time truly disappointing and depressing

The little kingfishers play centre is the first place we have found where we can actually relax and let our granddaughter run about, being only 2 and autistic it is extremely difficult to find anywhere safe. Ample parking and adjoined to the swimming pool. My only request would be to have a door between the play centre and the kitchen which has no door and very inviting for little ones to wander in. Also while the play equipment is clean behind the net we noticed a rotten tomato, dirty Wipes and lots of cobwebs. Although this should be cleared up it wouldn't stop us from returning.
