The funfair has good rides enjoyed it but the prices are a bit on the expensive side. Should have a day or a time slot pass or have a pay card that you can top up on site

A green space bounded in two sides by busy roads. Still a pleasant place to walk or take a picnic. Some lovely mature trees.

One of my favourite shorter walks is around the Big Heath. I head towards Ladies Mile, taking in the latest flowers en route, turn into the heath at Northwich Road and walk the perimeter. The beautiful sunshine yesterday was an added bonus.

We attend the mayday fair here almost every year and have done for a number of years. Our family enjoys the day as do we. There is ample space and rides to enjoy the day. It's always been well organised and there's usually enough parking too which is helpful in Knutsford.
